Statistical Data Mining and Bioinformatics Lab
Our lab for data mining and bioinformatics develops statistical methodologies for analyzing massive and complex data in social, economic, and life sciences. In particular, we are interested in developing computer-intensive methods such as tree-based methods (called decision tree or recursive partitioning) and analyzing complex data such as multivariate correlated data and censored survival data. Our developed software programs are provided freely at lab homepage or R CRAN. We welcome to collaborate with enthusiastic researchers in any field.
